Vice Chancellor Of Adminstration And Finance

Higher education, both standard and Islamic, is one of the core priorities of the Ministry of Higher Education. For the growth and flourishing of scientific knowledge and Islamic culture, the strengthening of national identity, and the establishment of an effective and efficient administration, there is a need for national and Islamic commitment and perseverance. The Financial and Administrative Deputyship, with its scientific and professional capacities, is responsible for carrying out all administrative and financial affairs, organizing the budget, and controlling and supervising the revenues, expenditures, and payments of the religious community of Imam Qutaybah bin Said (RA). The subdivisions of this deputyship include the Financial and Administrative Directorate, the General Directorate of Procurement, the General Directorate of Information Technology, the General Directorate of Finance and Accounting, the General Directorate of Human Resources, the General Directorate of the Hostel, and the General Directorate of the Library. This deputyship always strives to ensure the proper implementation of the budget, the recruitment of human resources, and the provision of necessary facilities and equipment for the different sectors of the religious community, including administrative and informational areas, without sparing any effort in publicizing the activities and achievements of this scientific institution.
